The inspector came on a job and promised to swing back the next week if I would call to finish an install because he came earlier than I wanted. When he was to come back, the owner came instead. He was ticked off that the employee promised to come back at no charge. I mentioned that in the time he was on the phone he could have had the inspection done and he said, "probably". He was rude and mean and said the employee would call back.

I left 2 more messages for the employee and never got a call. I don't ever want to work with the company again. I happily called another company who had a great special and they were kind and decent. You don't stay in business acting like this. I hope they can read this and improve from the feedback.
