In a photo Erica shared, Cody holds his baby in his arms and stares lovingly into his eyes. His wife commented happily that she's "forever grateful" to have her husband and her son in her life. Kathie Lee Gifford said she has given the Greenwich, Connecticut, mansion that she once shared with her late husband, Frank Gifford, to her son Cody and his wife, Erika Brown. In July 2019, Gifford bought and moved into a two-story, 7,965-square-foot brownstone that she paid $3.7 million for in the suburb of Franklin, just outside of Nashville . It just so happens to be the second brownstone she owns in the town, although she has made the newer purchase her primary residence.
She said she never got over losing her husband, and she was grateful her son had honored him. While Cassidy and her husband are happy, Kathie is also "thrilled" by the news. She shared the same photo as her daughter on Instagram and said the baby is a blessing to the entire Gifford family.

Gifford originally bought the home with her husband back in 1998 for $3.9 million. The mansion is an incredible 11,419 square foot, sits on .44 acres, and features eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It has a beautiful location too, as it sits right on the edge of the water and is about 1.5 hours drive from the center of Miami. She transformed one of the outdoor areas into a fully equipped bar which overlooks the beautiful water and is where she hosts many a summer party with family and friends. There is also a private dining area with a huge dining table which sits directly next to the water’s edge.
McCollum went as far as helping Kathie fix broken things around her home. He and Clawson have since become valuable members of Kathie's family as they continue to care for her and love her back to life. But these days, Katie Lee doesn’t live in Connecticut — the former Today star recently moved to Nashville, Tennessee. In a recent interview, Kathie Lee revealed the heartbreaking reason behind her move, as well as the happiness she’s found in Music City. She hinted that she's looking forward to grandchildren — "one day, the Lord might bless us with little tiny feet running around" — but recognized "that's in God's hands."
